We’re thrilled to share details of a recent project in West Creek, NJ, where our dealer, Superior Play Systems transformed a residential space into a multi-purpose sports haven. Imagine a 40’ x 92’ foot (that’s 4,600 square feet!) rink, now a reality thanks to the team at Superior Play Systems.
This project featured a beautiful beige Classic XL flooring installed over existing concrete within a pre-existing pole barn. We collaborated closely with a fantastic hockey board company to ensure a seamless design and installation. A key detail was raising the boards by ¾ of an inch off the concrete. This clever adjustment provides space for the Classic XL flooring to sit comfortably and allows for necessary expansion and contraction.
To personalize the space, we added two striking 6’ x 12’ “The Creek” logos, one on each side of the rink. But that’s not all! They also incorporated two 12’ x 19’ basketball lanes at each end, adding versatility and ensuring endless hours of fun for the whole family.
This project is a testament to the possibilities of transforming residential spaces into something truly special. We’re proud to have brought this vision to life in West Creek!
